| Visiting the Marstal Maritime Museum is like taking a journey through Danish maritime history from the 17th century to the present.
The museum is situated in four buildings close to the harbour. In 35 showrooms, the maritime history is brought to life by more than 200 model ships, 130 bottle ships, hundreds portraits of ships, shipping equipment and much more.
In addition, there is a copious archive of local and maritime history in the administration building.
